Larvicidal and nymphocidal activities of essential oils from pericarps of ripe fruits of some species of Citrus on Culex pipiens Linnaeus 1758, vector of Bancroft filariasis in Cameroon
A study was carried out on ''Larvicidal  and  nymphocidal  activities of essential  oils from pericarps  of  ripe fruits  of  some  species  of  Citrus  on Culex pipiens Linnaeus 1758, vector  of  Bancroft filariasis in Cameroon''.
The purpose of this study was to evaluate the insecticidal activity of the essential oils of the pericarp of ripe fruits of Citrus aurantifolia, C. sinensis and C. grandis on stage 4 larvae and Culex pipiens nymphs collected in the Logbessou district (Douala). It can be another tool in the fight against Bancroft's filariasis in Cameroon.
